Helios Social Enterprise is a not-for-profit company, established in England & Wales as a company limited by guarantee.

The mangement of Helios  – responsible for driving the project programme – is formed of senior executives each with over 25 years’ experience in energy provision in both OECD and developing countries.   Collectively, they have extensive experience in, for example,  international development;  renewable energy;  building energy projects; working with governments, international development agencies, non-governmental organisations, and local communities; project financing; and commercial structuring.
