Susan Reilly is a senior energy executive with extensive experience in renewable energy and major corporate transactions.

She began her career with Price Waterhouse Coopers in London qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1986, followed by ten years in corporate finance and venture capital positions. She worked for 13 years at Scottish Power, a major UK power utility, where she built the UK’s largest windfarm business, expanded the power generation portfolio throughout the UK, and led major strategic M&A activity  including the sale of the company to Iberdrola of Spain in 2007. She left her position as Group Strategy Director following the sale of Scottish Power in 2008.   She is currently executive director of the global renewable energy company, RES.

Susan has an Economics degree and was educated in Scotland, Zambia and Uganda.
